Payment Policy

I have a really simple payment policy here at The Pig Farmer Designs and that is, - you pay a 50% deposit to get work started and then once we are both happy with the work (and not before), you pay the remaining balance and the website goes live.

The copyright of the 'content' you add to your website is yours and you can read more about that in our terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. However, should you ever want to move the hosting of your website to another host there will be a small fee chargeable to set up the transfer for your new hosts and you will need to agree to not let the new hosts use your 'code' in anyway on any other website, - this would be a breach of my copyright and that of our developers. Of course the copyright to any logos and branding we design for you will be yours.
